Online Acquisition Manager
The Online Acquisition Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing every aspect of our online acquisition campaigns, to create a predictable flow of qualified traffic from multiple channels. We are looking for an experienced professional who takes initiative and responsibility and has fun while they work hard. Someone who loves the click-through, but lives for the qualified lead.
This is a hands-on role requiring practical skills for planning and execution, analytical skills for reporting and optimization, and a creative flare.
Key responsibilities include:
  1. Take ownership of existing online channels, including PPC, email, display, retargeting, paid social, etc.
  2. Evaluate and optimize our existing traffic and lead sources, and establish new traffic acquisition channels
  3. Manage marketing partners, 3rd party suppliers and additional acquisition channels
  4. Report on marketing success metrics, including cost per lead, channel ROI, customer acquisition costs and lead attribution
To be considered for the role you must have:
  1. At least 3 years proven success in online marketing
  2. Practical experience in campaign management and analysis
  3. High level experience with Google AdWords and web analytics
  4. Strong analytical mind and reporting skills
  5. Very quick and eager to learn new tools and strategies
  6. A hardworking, friendly and enthusiastic personality
  7. Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written
  1. High level experience with Salesforce
  2. Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel
  3. Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  4. Experience with social media marketing and tracking
  5. Experience with marketing automation software (such as Marketo)
  6. Experience within the legal field, or with LegalTech companies

We’re looking for an Online Acquisition Manager with minimum 3 years experience. The right candidate will be responsible for every aspect of our online acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role requiring practical skills and creative flare.
